The Masters

Hours of Isabella, Queen of Spain - 1497-1500: This work of art shows two pages from a book called "Las Hours de Isabel..." or in english, "The Hours of Isabel." A book of hours was the name for a prayer book in the Middle Ages.

Whoa that is cool. how they could do a picture like that. It looks like a real book. I was studying about the middle ages and we never learned that!

this is cool because it talks about the queen. and the queen is queen Elisabeth of Spain and Spain is a foreign country. the hours of queen elisabeth is 1497-1500

WOW!!!! I wonder how they got that piece of art into their hands. If I had it i would put in a world wide museum or somewhere nice. I also wonder where all the rest of the pages are.

I think it is adsolutley beutiful pices of art .She really took her time that person took to give us these beutiful prayers. Ibelive they really carred about that woman to write that about her.

I wonder how long it took them to wright that book. That queen must have done something really special to get in a book at that time. It must be in really good shape or it wouldn't be such a big deal.

that is so cool looking....she's actually my a-milionth great aunt or grandmother or something like that
that book must've been handwritten; its so well drawn!
i really like that picture, and the title sounds so professional, like a museum exhibit
