On Wednesday, May 25th, students in the music program took a trip to New York. When the students arrived an actor hopped on to the bus and gave a video tour of the sights the actors shot movies at for some major motion pictures. After the tour, the students were treated to lunch at the Playwright Tavern, where a delectable dessert of mousse cake was served. After lunch the students roamed around the city with their chaperones for souvenirs and more sights. Later, the students on the trip attended a Broadway play. The play they watched was, “How to Succeed in Business without Really Trying,” starring Daniel Raddcliff, otherwise known as Harry Potter. When the play was over the students went back on the bus and returned to the Middle School. The students had a great time and were thankful for having the opportunity to have an amazing day!
