Scrub-a-dub your pup — in a washing machine TweenTribune reports that the Dog-o-Matic may be an easier way to give your pet a bath. It’s a washing machine for dogs (and cats).

Have you ever given your dog a bath? Not an easy job and you probably have gotten a bit wet yourself in the process as your pet shakes off the bath water - on you!

Vending machines to get your pet squeaky clean are popping up in France, Great Britain and Japan. For about $30 your pet gets washed and blow dried in 33 minutes. Just like a regular washing machine for your clothes, you pick the cycle you’d prefer: small/large pet and washing cycle.

Then, you place your pet into the doggie washing machine and hit “start”. The cycle begins with a warm water wet-down, then lathering jets apply non-detergent soap. Rinsing jets are followed by a temperature controlled dry cycle.

The clear glass enables your pet to watch you during the entire process which is said to be perfectly safe. It's yet to be determined what dogs and cats think of the washing machines!

that is so cool. but would the dog get sick.they can fit small dog in it and hug dog like the big ones like sant bandes it is cool

Aw poor doggy. If I were one of those dogs or cats in a washing machine, I would be terrified. It really isn't that much of a hassel to wash your dog anyways. You don't need to stick them in a washing machine. They would be tramatized.

Thats looks like torture. My cat would freak out if you tried to put him in there. It's kinda cool though too. But i would be afraid it would hurt the animals.

I wouldn't like the Dog-O-Matic much, because, what if, like, some soap got in your dog's/cat's eye? Or if your dog/cat started freaking out? Could you stop the machine and do something to calm your pet down? But the Dog-O-Matic could help out with my mom's dog and cat! I agree how hard it is to give your pet a bath. Trust me... I've done it many times and I had to hold my dog down just to get her wet. It wasn't fun at all!!!!

It is really cool as long as it does not hurt the animal.It is just better to hand wash it. It does not sound that safe to me.

I dont think the animals would really like that especially if they dont like getting a normal bath. its a cool idea, but i think that eventually something will happen to one of the animals. i also think that this was made by people who are to lazy to go give their pet a bath
