I need my username and password

When you submit a request for registration, you are not instantly registered because the registration process is not automated and it requires independent verification. The process typically takes 24 hours. If you haven't received your username and password within 24 hours of submitting a request, it may be for one of these two reasons:

1. Many school systems block email from outside their areas, so the welcome email we sent you may have been blocked or it may have been routed to your junk email folder. Please check your school email and your personal email accounts. If you haven't received a welcome email from us within 24 hours, check your junk email, your school email account and personal email account, then email us with your personal email address.

2. You may already be registered and you don't realize it. The registration process skips over all requests from currently registered users, so you won't receive a new username and password if you submitted a request for registration recently and had been registered once already in the past.

To determine whether you are registered, log in or retrieve your username and password. If you can log in or retrieve your username, then you are registered.

3. If neither of these are the case, email us.
