I can't find my classroom in the classroom pulldowns

There are three possible causes for this problem:

1. Your classroom is listed according to the city and school you submitted in your request for registration. Schools are not listed by county. Try looking for your school in a different city. It may appear with a nearby major city, school district, township, neighborhood, suburb, etc., so try looking under a school district or slightly different school name because that may have been the information you supplied when you submitted your request for registration.

2. You purposely or inadvertently locked your classroom. Your classroom will not appear on the “Student sign up” page after you lock it.

To make sure your classroom is unlocked, log in and select "Classroom security lock" from the "For Teachers links" that appear on the right side of the page. If you have more than one classroom, you'll need to select the classroom you want using the "Change clasroom" pulldown.

Click on the check box, so that a check mark appears to lock the classroom. If it is already checked, click to remove the check to unlock the classroom. You must hit "Save" for this change to take effect.
